NET June Launch Pegasus XL rocket from L-1011 Stargazer aircraft / Katalyst LINK spacecraft

Mission to save NASA Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory for another ~22 years by Katalyst LINK craft boosting Swift low Earth orbit from ~400 km to ~600 km. L-1011 Stargazer aircraft to carry Pegasus XL rocket to altitude ~12,000 meters over open ocean; after release, rocket free-falls 5 seconds then ignites engines in 3 stages for ascent to Swift’s unique, 20.6° low-inclination orbit. Katalyst LINK in Pegasus XL rocket will be released over the Pacific Ocean near the Reagan Test Site at Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, after L-1011 Stargazer takes off from Bucholz Airfield at Kwajalein.
